As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both NY and FL, I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues. Through a compassionate and personalized approach, I assist my clients to uncover unhelpful patterns of behavior and thought in order to develop healthy coping strategies. My virtual private practice offers the convenience of therapy from the comfort of your own home, without sacrificing quality or effectiveness.
